1.       What sizes do the paintings come in?

As seen in the above table we offer our customers a wide alternative of different sizes. However we do accept requests for custom made paintings of your choice. In addition, it is also possible to order a reproduction of any of the paintings sited on our website, custom made to your choice of size.

2.      How quickly can I have my painting delivered?

We unfortunately do not provide a home-delivery service within North Cyprus, but customers may pick their paintings from our store in Girne within 30 days of order. Orders may be delivered to customers located outside North Cyprus within 40 days of purchase.  Transport/cargo costs are not included in the sales price.

Purchases made from our store in Girne are delivered immediately.

3.      Do we accept refunds?

We do not accept refunds for ordered paintings. However customers are allowed to exchange an ordered painting with another within 7 days from the date of purchase. All additional transport/cargo costs are not included in sales price.

4.      How can payments be made?

All purchases can be made by credit card, mail order, bank transfers (only applicable if located within TRNC or Turkey) or through Western Union money transfer.

5.      Where to look for pricing?

The prices of our high and gallery quality paintings are listed on our website according to different sizes and dimensions. We also offer museum quality paintings. Prices for such orders can be obtained by emailing us at info@artgallerycyprus.com.

6.      Do we offer private portraits or oil paintings reproduced from photographs?

Customers can be informed on the possibility if they send a digital photograph of what they wish to have reproduced-duplicated.

7.      Are the oil paintings we offer printed?

No. All oil paintings are genuine or original reproductions painted on canvas.

8.      Is it possible to have a reproduction of a painting of a certain artist not available on our website?

Yes. Other reproductions not available on our website can be made by order on the condition that the name of the painting and artist are made known to us.

9.      Do we sell painting frames?

Our gallery produces a large range of frames for the paintings sold. Customers can purchase frames of their choice from our stocks. Please click on the frames menu link on our website for more info. All painting sold come stretched on a wooden frame. Paintings ordered outside North Cyprus are not stretched but rolled up as to avoid damage during transportation.

10.  Do we have whole sale ceramics items and paintings sited on our website?

Yes we do offer our customers to make mass orders for the products sold on our website. Wholesale prices for desired purchases can be obtained by emailing us at info@artgallerycyprus.com. Enlisted paintings are sold at retail prices. We request customers to contact us for orders larger than 50 paintings. If such an order is made for Hotels Restaurants or other purposes please contact us so we can provide you with more detailed information on our discounts for commercial quality paintings.

1.Hangi ölçülerde tablo üretilmektedir?

Çizelgedeki tüm ölçülerde yapılabildiği gibi, talep halinde özel ölçülerde de üretim yapılmaktadır.Ayrıca sitemizde her tablonun, uygun olması halinde çeşitli ebatlarda üretilmeside mümkündür.

2.Ne kadar zamanda teslim alabilirim?

Girne Galerimizden teslim alınacak ürünler için teslim süresi 30 gün olup, KKTC dışındaki ülkeler için nakliye ücretinin alıcı tarafından ödenmesi koşulu ile yaklaşık 40 gündür.

Girne Galerimizi ziyaret etmeniz halinde geniş stoklarımızdan hemen teslimat mümkündür.

3.Satın aldığım tabloyu iade edebilirmiyim?

Sipariş edilen tabloların para iadesi mümkün değildir, sadece tabloyu teslim aldıktan sonra 7 gün içerisinde müracat etmeniz halinde tüm nakliye ücreti alıcıya ait olmak koşulu ile başka bir tablo ile değiştirmek mümkün olabilir.

4.Satın almak istediğim tablonun bedelini nasıl ödeyebilirim?

Ödemenizi kredi kartınız ile ( mail order) , banka havalesi ile ( KKTC ve Türkiye için) veya Western Union vasıtası ile ödeyebilirsiniz.

5.Fiyatları nasıl öğrenebilirim?

Sitede yeralan tabloların galeri kalitede ve yüksek kalitede üretimi mümkün olup, kalite ve ebatlara göre düzenlenmiş fiyat listemizden öğrenebilirsiniz.Ayrıca talep halinde müze kalitesinde üretimde mümkün olup, fiyatları info@artgallerycyprus.com dan mail ile öğrenebilirsiniz.

6.Özel portre veya fotoğraftan yağlı boya yaptırmak mümkün müdür?

Talep ettiğiniz resmin digital fotoğrafını göndermeniz halinde değerlendirilip, tarafınıza bilgi verilecektir.

7.Yağlıboya tablolar baskı mıdır?

Hayır.Yağlıboya tablolarımız sanatçılar tarafından kanvas üzerine yapılan orjinal veya reprodüksiyon tablolardır.

8.Sitenizde bulunmayan bir sanatçının eserini reprodüksiyon yaptırabilirmiyim?

Evet, sanatcı ismini ve tablo ismini bildirerek yaptırabilirsiniz.
